The Carlyle Group was in need of upgrading ad-hoc business processes from individual silos and largely manual processes into a modern, streamlined and highly automated system. This involved careful segmentation of data accessibility and end-to-end process management, including the coordination of individual processes with several external systems and a complex segmentation of duties in a restrictive regulatory environment.
We coordinated with both the internal team and offshore resources, assumed oversight and management of some aspects of the project, and provided consulting expertise, architected multi-platform solutions and worked directly with business stakeholders in order to enable the various user groups that utilized the system to effectively complete these complex processes in a fraction of the time and with a much greater degree of accuracy and reduced risk.

We are working with Integra Partners to improve their ability to manage the interaction between health plans and providers of durable medical equipment, increasing the accuracy of orders being delivered to patients on time and securely. Integra Partners is aiming to reduce turn-around time from the submittal of an order to the fulfillment of an order.
